Join us for the next Respiratory Lunch & Learn Session – ‘myCOPD App – Patient Self-Management’

An interactive exciting online event, the next of the regular sessions, aimed at Respiratory Primary Care Healthcare Professionals in West Yorkshire – hosted by Dr Katherine Hickman, GP & Respiratory Lead for West Yorkshire. These regular sessions will include a variety of respiratory quality improvement topics, best practice behaviour change discussions and guest speakers

Join us for the next of these regular events to also learn more about the innovative free programme which is supported by a dynamic, pioneering web platform that provides primary care professionals, such as GPs and nurses, in West Yorkshire with the resources and education to improve patient outcomes.

You can find out more about how to access myCOPD and the e-training on offer to provide this free app for patients across West Yorkshire; enabling them to access pulmonary rehab at home and self-manage their conditions.
